BIO
Bo-Wei Chen is Professor in Graduate Institute of Gender Education at National Kaohsiung Normal University, Taiwan. His research interests center on the sociology of masculinity, disability studies, care and justice, and qualitative methods. He has a particular interest in how intimacy is relationally lived out in the context of disability and in care research. His research aims to promote conceptual reconsideration of how the seemingly incongruent domains of disability studies and care research might be fruitfully joined to make sense of care and justice in the context of disability, sexualities and parenting.
